The units perform great, they are keeping our rooms cool. My only complaint is that my understanding was that they had 4-way airflow, meaning the louvers moved vertically and horizontally. After install, I learn that the only movement is horizontal. This is a poor choice for one room in particular. If multi-directional air flow is important to your room, choose a different brand.
