This should not have happened
Frustrated with Pioneer’s inability to admit that sub-standard materials were used on 2020 systems. This has resulted in service and maintenance costs that should have been covered by a warranty or recall campaign. Very frustrating service for an otherwise decent product.

Indoor fan motor replacement
Good overall experience. However fan motor failed just 2 months over 5 year warrantee period. Cost of new motor was reasonable, however shipping costs were crazy high ($35 on a $100 item).
