UPDATE: At first, the eDuo was very eady to use, then I had a problem with it, which was resolved by the technician. Now the lever to close and carbonate the water will not move, so cannot be closed and locked. Have been waiting on the phone for assistance so far for 22 minutes.

Love it makes our filtered water into fizzy water and we add natural juices to the glass 1/2 shot glass tastes better than the artificial flavors sold

I am still waiting for two glass bottles for my E Duo…
. . . as promised and do not get a call back or return email. Up to the sale of the new device (old device worked fine but could not accommodate glass bottles) was enthusiastic and engaged. But the aftermath - I agreed to a purchase with the two extra bottles promised by the end of May at no extra charge) makes me that the pitch was all about the sale - and customer service might not exist.
