Cheaply built bracket and hinges

The weakness of the Newport motor. We have owned three Newport motors and the mounting bracket and tilt hinges have broken on every single one after about two years of seasonal use. A good motor otherwise, but the shoddy bracket and hinges ruin its utility

Shipped wrong part

Your office is terrible at returning an email. You sent me the wrong part. I had send a followup email to ask why I haven't received a reply pertaining to how you're going to fix this issue. Not impressed. I still don't have an answer as to what your going to do to fix this.
