Umeboshe Paste
I love the salty tanginess of Umeboshe paste. Whether stirred into rice, added to a salad dressing or very lightly spread on rice cakes, it's wonderful. I have even tried to ferment my own umeboshe but it is never as good as Clear Spring's. Whilst I was pregnant with my youngest daughter I ate it every day! So it has a really special place in my heart x.
