Sprouted Goodness

Call me a philistine but I prefer organic porridge oats as they make better overnight oats. These sprouted oats just don’t take up the liquid (milk in my case). They are probably healthier and if cooked may make a good porridge but in the summer I prefer cold overnight oats.
