We have been impressed by this. It tastes good and gives a sense of calm at bedtime.

It definitely works. We used it during a 6hr flight and our 5 yr old slept the whole flight. He didn’t wake up groggy or fussy. Seems like he had a good sleep and was ready and happy for the trip. Honestly only downside is the taste. Next time I think I should mix it with orange juice or Gatorade. We did it with water and my child did not like the taste.

Helped improve bedtime so much

Kiddo typically takes a long time to fall asleep and experiences frequent wakeups. With this we've noticed her falling asleep quicker (usually within 30 minutes, used to be anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes) and waking up 1 or 2 times (instead of at least 5 or 6 per night). Absolutely will repurchase and recommend to others. Also, kiddo has no issue with the taste (we just add it to some juice) so double win!
