This product helps relieve my aching leg and back muscles. It is like emerging myself in a warm bath of epsom salt…while I’m still on the go!!!! Soothes my joints, muscles and mind until the real bath!!

I was recommended this by a naturopath to help me fall back asleep when waking up at night. So far, I'm not sure if it helped. Once during the night, I fell asleep more easily, but not when I took it closer to morning - then it just made me drowsy during the day. It's a bit inconvenient to spray the formula into some water at night. I think a dropper would make things easier. I also found the alcohol taste very strong. I would appreciate a precise breakdown of the alcohol % of versus glycerin % of in the formula, to account for medication interaction. Lastly, the instructions are a bit vague and could be made more precise.

Wonderful tincture, very effective!

I love this tincture, as a midwife this tincture is go-to for helping people relax in labor. I wouldn't head to a birth without it!
