Uterly devine. 30 second steeps with a gaiwan @ 175F. First few steeps release a delicate aroma and taste reminiscent of freshly picked sweet corn. Perfect summer morning tea.

Snow Dragon Tea

This is a very smooth-tasting green tea with a bit of fruit flavor. It's neither grassy nor bitter, even if you steep it for a long time. One of the best high mountain green teas I've tried so far from China.
