Has nice feel and looks. Way too expensive. No perceptible performance improvement.

Axis working great for bass

I bought some 3mm XL Axis for bass guitar. The rounded points are working very well. I also have some lighter gauges on order, as the roundness has a stiffer feel than the more pointed shapes.
