Some like it HOT!!!

I would never have attempted a ghost pepper hot sauce at home, because while I love the heat, we don’t love the nearly tear gas fumes from a scratch batch. Your purée allows for skipping the steps I can’t easily do at home, and make some excellent and HOT sauce! Sometimes I add a touch of purée to other dishes I’m making. It’s great and I absolutely love it!
