Customized Hot Sauces

Pepper-fans…the Carolina Reaper Mash Puree is great stuff. I use it to make customized flavors of hot, hot, hot sauces — including apple, peach, pineapple, avocado, mango, chutney, italian, mayo, etc, IMO, the salient factors in crafting a great hot sauce include, a balanced combination of heat, sweet, sour, salt, and viscosity.
