A versatile shoe

I should note that I live in a large city and commuting to and from work means lots of walking, lots of sidewalks. That said, the only reason I'm not giving these 5 stars is because after the first wear the soles already looked torn up and peeling at the top of the toe. I plan to take them to a cobbler to add the soles with a grippy surface. If I had paid full price for these, I'd be livid. But at sale price? Fine.
