Two years and no visible signs of wear

I've worn various pairs of Cloudline socks almost every day for the past several years - backpacking, running, and just general streetwear - and they show no visible signs of thinning or wearing out. I just ordered two pairs of the medium weight 1/4 top running socks and they're performing as good as all my other pairs. A great product. And I appreciate that they're made in the USA.

Excellent - again!!

This was my fourth Cloudline purchase, as I’ve ordered a range of socks from them (low, lightweight running sox thru mids and now lightly cushioned hikers). 3 consistent things: high quality in materials and finish, easy to do business with (more below) and excellent service. Each style/product fits the niche they’re designed for just right. My smaller feet are right on the line in sizing so I’ve had to make returns. Both times it was simple and they fully accommodated me. I won’t buy sox anywhere else.

Best socks I have ever wiggled my toes in!

I retuned these socks because they were a mistake. Then why the great review? I already own 6 pairs of medium cushion Cloudline Merino socks and they are fantastic! Use them all the time in my gortex trail runners and hiking boots! However both those shoes are a ½ size larger than my other running and trail running shoes. For those shoes I use ultra-lite cushion, and have been for many years. These socks are tough and durable, even if you don’t follow the washing instructions, which I never do– I wash ‘em warm, dried 'em hot for over 5 years. They still fit well with no rips, tears or holes. Can’t say enough good things about these socks. They last much longer than Smartwool or Darn Tough, super comfortable, always smell ok to hmmm after long hikes and runs, and always smell great after a wash, plus they come in completely bland colors, which if you plan to get muddy, are the best! Oh I digress, I am writing this because they are replacing my medium cushion socks, with light cushion socks no questions asked. :-) PS I did not go into the advantages of wearing merino wool, but if you don’t know that already, you are in for a pleasant surprise.
