Supreme Monkey Pick Tie Guan Yin

Toasty, floral and delicious.

If I could keep only one tea, it would be this one. It’s a wonderful fusion of opposites: roasty and medium bodied but still floral and delicate; it has some of the grassiness of green tea and some of the fruity mild astringency of black tea, but it is another animal entirely. I enjoy it brewed gongfu style, western style, and even chilled. I moved out of SF years ago but I still come back to Aroma specifically for this tea.
