Great product

Just tried them for the first time and could not be happier. They are light enough to not notice them much, but they help me focus on proper form and using my upper body more in my runs. Definitely will become an every day addition.

Egg Weights

As a disabled Veteran, I am always looking for was to keep active. Egg weights allow me to enhance my cardio while walking. They fit and fell great in my hand, and the carrying bag keeps them neatly tucked away when I'm not using them.
