I'm optimising my gut health and gut microbiome by following a lot of Zoe Health advice I'm eating 30 plus different pants a week, mainly grown organically at home or sourced from organic farms/regenerative farms. I eat several live fermented foods daily which I make at home. After reading around the subject I found that there was a lot of opinion that standard toothpaste could well be damaging oral microbiome and gut microbiome. I am now trying hydroxyapatite paste and after 10 days or so can report that it is easy and pleasant to use, which I do three times a day, and that I now feel I am not damaging my microbiome by ding so.

Ive been using this for years & Ive not needed a filling at rge dentist since! (I used to always need one done. Tastes fresh & my teeth ate stain free & whiter than before. Love it.
