Good Stuff

I started adding this to my morning breakfast and its been great. Just ~10z of water and a scoop does the trick. It mixes well and tastes great! I also add it to my unsweetened iced tea and I've found that it replaces the splash of lemonade that I usually put in there.

Easy Way to Get More Fiber!

So far I am liking this fiber powder, I am on my second jar. I add it into my morning smoothie and you can't tell it's there, or on days I don't have my smoothie I shake it into water with some flavored electrolyte powder. I would recommend mixing it with something flavored as it's pretty tart on its own, but it mixes well with anything fruit flavored, I've even mixed it into Snapple and was able to drink that!

It’s a repeat order for me

I might as well set up a subscription for this because it so love incorporating it into my daily regiment. Easy to mix, and I love it with coconut water or OJ with my reds and greens.
