So far so good

I have been taking the Acid-Kicking Minerals for a little over a month. I felt dehydrated after working on a project outdoors on a HOT N. Arizona day. I decided to take my Kiwi Strawberry Minerals, which taste good by-the-way. After noticing the ingredients are some of the same you find in electrolyte drinks without the added fillers. Which is why I don't drink them. Well I felt better quickly. I think it is helping with keeping my leg cramps at bay. I got it for the magnesium, but it's great that it has calcium and C in it. I was worried about the Sodium level, but after reading Dr. Gioffre's information regarding Salt recently. I feel better about taking it on a daily basis. I have tried the lemon flavor and am waiting for blood-orange to be delivered. It is definitely worth a try.

Bought this for my husband who has trouble with sleeping each night. It has helped him get more hours of sleep in without waking up. So happy with the product!
