I ordered this item while i was at my other residence in Florida. About a week and a half before i was returning to my residence in Illinois i inquired about the item. According to the shipping information i had a label was created but it never moved from that status since i ordered it. No satisfaction from customer service in helping get the address changed on the order. So the item was shipped to Florida almost a month after i placed the order. A major fail from the company as i probably could have walked there and back before i left Florida to get my order. Very disappointed!!

Ordered on june 12…today is july 9 and tracking still shows in miami… been there the past 2 weeks!! Ive ordered from them many times and never had an issue…done!
