Outstanding
I fixed this as a tenderloin roast for Christmas dinner. Served with a port/ red wine reduction with mushrooms and shallots. Cooked to a perfect medium rare, it was fork tender and absolutely delicious!

The most tender of all Tenderloins!
Probably the most tender and tasty tenderloins we've ever had! Two were more than enough for our group of 15 with leftovers for sandwiches the next day!

Incredible Tenderloin
