Replacement Pad

When my Gen 1 pad started leaking at the valve seal, all info pointed to a new pad. The team at Amok was responsive at trying to help see if my old pad was still under warranty (sadly it was not) and shipped it out quickly. I was worried because I had a canoe trip coming up less than a week away. When I reached out to share my concerns they assured me that 3-5 days was all it would take. The new pad arrived in 3 days and is perfect! If possible, it fits better than my old pad and is as warm or warmer. Thanks to Amok for being one of the good guys. A company that not only makes absolutely stellar kit but holds themselves to a high level of integrity. In this day and and age it is such a rare quality. P. S. To further prove their worth, a buckle broke on my Draumr 4. 0 while I was on the aforementioned canoe trip. Amok has sent me replacement parts including spares at no cost and just as quickly. They will arrive before my next planned trip 🙏🏽 thanks again Amok. I’d give you six stars if I could.

Produkt ok - levering elendig

Produktet er fint, som forventet. Men leveringen var under al kritik. Bestilt 29/3, besked om levering næste dag. Ja godmorgen - forsendelsen strandede et sted i Tyskland uden at jeg kunne få at vide hvorfor. Der lå den så weekenden over og kom først om tirsdagen, Og jeg havde bestilt 109 kr. for ekspres levering. Det var for ringe

Great sleeping pad.

No risk of loosing heat from below with this pad. It kept me warm and provided the right structural support for the Draumr UL hammock.
