Nice styles but difficult backings

Styles are pretty but I struggled & spent ages trying to see the hole in the backing, so found it difficult to connect the earring into the backing hole. Also think the small all round backing shape should be a bigger & different shape (or at least have corners or grooves) to be able to grip/hold the backing whilst pushing the earring into the backing hole as difficult for those who may have long nails, arthritis…
