Flat back earrings

I love the earrings and they are very comfortable to wear much better than the traditional backs on earnings but I found them so hard to put in. I couldn’t get the back on the earring as it’s small and hard to do yourself. I had to get someone to screw the backs on for me. Must be an easier design so you can do it yourself ?
