Cannot praise the service I've received from Solace highly enough This is my 1st purchase & unfortunately there was an issue with my item but the team at Solace were great about it They answer emails promptly/ ask the right questions/ & get back to you when they say they will - with customer service like this I'm sure they deserve a pat on the back ( as well as a decent review)

Not completely flat

These are not completely flat . For top of ear And can not sleep in them They press on the back of my ears hurt And that was the reason I had them so I did not have to take them out . Very disappointed

Maybe it's me....

...but I did struggle with these they are quite fiddly and small putting them on and I'm not sure but after a few hours my ears were a little sore so I did take them out. Maybe I'll try again in another couple of days.
