I ordered a pair of earrings which unfortunately got damaged during delivery. I emailed customer services who immediately dispatched another pair to ensure they arrived in time for my friend’s birthday. They emailed updates to let me know what was happening and the earrings arrived the next day. They are a lovely pair of earrings which were perfect for a birthday present.
