Very tasty and convenient. Putting the powder into the bottle after the milk/water reduces the amount of residue that gets stuck at the bottom of the bottle.

Good flavours

Often have these after a long workout. Used to enjoy with oat milk , but recently just using cold or hot water and they taste perfectly good
