I absolutely love this yoga bundle! The mat is extremely well made, thick enough to be very comfortable, yet still firm and stable for all types of yoga practice. The extra length and width make it perfect, especially for taller people. The cork blocks are fantastic — very sturdy and supportive, and they don’t compress like regular foam blocks. They really help improve stability and confidence during poses. I highly recommend this bundle. It’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made for my yoga practice!

Great tools

Love the thicker mat and especially the knee pad as the floor in my basement is tile. The blocks are solid and useful. Wish I’d gotten the taller ones.

ManFlow Yoga and bundle too good for words!

I am a physician who has been doing Man Flow Yoga now for several months, almost daily, it has transformed my wellness. The bundle is incredible. Tall men need the large blocks which are so helpful, the knee cushion is better than excellent and the actual mat has incredible support and tells you where to place your hands and feet, which makes it super incredible.
