This training plan has given me huge jumps in my skills as well as confidence in being ready for BCT. I highly recommended to anyone joining the Army.

Working through the plan right now and it’s pretty dope! I’m able to do what I need to do without the lengthy workouts and whatever I don’t understand gritty soldier will respond with assistance or has a video somewhere to help. Can’t wait to see how my increases!
