A French press without a press shaft is a pressing issue. Here's a replacement.

Quality & Service Less Than the Price
I would have to say with now owning the french press and a kettle that your designs are great but for the price the quality is not where it needs to be. There should be no plastic parts (lids) and the stability and sturdiness of the plunger and handles are not where they need to be. Worse is that while your approach to customer service is cute you should lower your prices if you can't provide premium customer service. Part of the price includes rapid customer service. If you can't provide it, then lower the price.

Bought this out of necessity for our [SECOND] Clara French Press. Already had to replace the pull knob and now the shaft was stripped. As their products are aesthetically nice, the quality is so poor. I shouldn’t have to be buying replacement parts for something less than a year old.
