Ring arrived with a chip in it but customer service got back to me within a day with a return label and immediately shipped out a replacement without even using the warranty. Tentatively 5 stars while I wait on the replacement but incredibly happy with the customer service.
As far the ring goes, much shinier than I expected which was actually really neat. I think I made the right choice with the Archer after heavily considering it and the Loki.
