Familiar Yet Fresh!
There are some aspects of this game that are very similar to D&D and other RPGs and then things that are really novel and exciting. I'm still reading through, but I can't wait to play with my group!

Drylands Bound
I bought the set with the intention to read through it and then start working on an entirely homebrew setting. But in the very back of the book, the last campaign frame. I struck gold. Since then I have been engrossed in preperations for a full Drylands campaign.

Fun, familiar, and fair!
I've only played a couple Daggerheart games so far, but I can tell it's gonna be a fun game. Everything is fresh and unique, yet familiar enough to easily move characters from one system to DH. More than that, and what brought me to Daggerheart (and CR), is the Hope and Fear mechanic. I, as a GM, have never felt more apart of the game than with Daggerheart. The way everything is balanced, too, is great! Every character is balanced with their details and no one feels too OP. You've done a great job with that. My only critique, and it may getting better as I get more familiar with Daggerheart, is that the way the progression goes feels very "fast". I know every table is different and you can't cater to all without sacrifices, but representing tables that enjoy longer, sprawling campaigns, the system feels like it's built for rapid-paced one-shots rather than campaigns with arcs. Again, it's probably user error, but it is something I wanted to bring up. Other than that, this is a great game and I will be coming back for the physical edition and some of those add-ons!
