Ring Exchange

My husband and I ordered our set for our wedding in June, and his did not fit. As soon as I was able to I sent the smaller one back and got the proper fit, no problems at all (and the rings are gorgeous!!).

It was wonderful to be able to exchange my husband’s ring. It made him feel better about the fit and knowing he would worry less about it accidentally coming off.

This has been an amazing experience from start to finish. We had to exchange my fiancé's ring twice, and each time the process was incredibly easy. The team couldn't have been kinder, more responsive, or more helpful. My fiancé absolutely loves his ring, and the customer service exceeded every expectation. They made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. I truly can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!
