Ring Exchange

The only thing I dislike about the exchange is that I may need to go down half a size more (this first exchange I went down half a size to be sure as I didn't want to go a full size down and the ring be too small) because the ring may still be too big for comfort. So, there actually isn't anything to complain about. Thorum has great customer service and shipping. Not to mention their amazing ring materials and designs. Thank you Thorum!!

My husband’s ring was too small so we exchanged it. Process was so very easy! They sent us a new ring and we kept the old one until we knew the new one fit. Once we got the new one and knew that it fit properly, we just sent the original one back using the return shipping label they sent us. Thanks Thorum! Highly recommend this company! Great product and customer service!

The customer service process went so smoothly. When I got my original order I discovered I had misjudged the fit and needed a half size larger. They made the process incredibly easy and fast and I’m now all set for my wedding later this year with no worries. Excellent experience all around!
