The chair is making some creaking sound after assembling it. Adjusted as instructed in the manual instruction sheet. But now the chair pops up and down every time I sit down and get up. Working with their support to try and fix that. Also, I did not notice that the gray color style is not leather.

To start, I’d give 3.5 stars if it were an option. The setup was very easy, got the box from my porch and had it put together in about 15-20 minutes. The wheels snap in easily, and everything else just requires a tool that is provided. The armrests have a little corrosion/rust at the bottom, so that wasn’t exactly perfect, and they tend to swivel a little too easily. The chair is decently comfortable, but relatively flat and lacks a bit of cushioning, which the pillows for lumbar support slightly make up for, but not completely. Luckily, I purchased this chair while it was 46% off, but if I’m being brutally honest, I feel as though the price I paid should be the regular price, rather than $349.99 CAD. Overall though, the chair is okay, and matches my standing desk.

Screws are missing, cannot assemble. Contacted the support team, currently waiting for screw bag to arrive. Update: the screwbag arrives very fast, easy to assemble, everything looks good
