comes in broken, and screw is one of worst to use

The seat is very firm which I love, combined with an aggressive lumbar support, it has improved my WFH situation immensely. The upgraded roller skate wheels are an incredible addition and make the chair move as smooth as silk. My only issue is that I wish the seat would lower by another half an inch. I'm only 5'5". My feet touch the floor but just barely and my thighs are not perpendicular to the floor. I'd recommend a foot stool for anyone this tall or shorter.
