Pavlok 3 Pro

As very heavy sleeper with a busy schedule, this has been the key to making sure Im up early and wide awake once my alarm rings, also the habit breaking or forming features are really nice to help keep personal accountability. Its also lightweight enought that you forget your wearing yes stylish enough to prompt questions 10/10 i have already recommended it to a few friends who have the same issues as myself. (It also has some fun little features as well that just make this an enjoyable yet simple product)

Comfort is actually decent. I hate watches. I dont mind this. Now to its usefulness. The vibrate feature, you'll never feel, the beep sound it makes, you'll never hear. However the shock on this thing, my nextdoor neighbors dog can feel go off in the morning. I have it on 40% shock and its rather painful, it does wake me up though. And it does have smart features. I usually wake up and jump out of bed in a panic to remove my new shock collar watch. 🤷‍♂️

It works well however I wished that the jumping jack setting was more flexible to use for other physical movements. Also I was having an issue where it was still beeping when going off although I had that turned off. One day it stopped doing it randomly. The other thing that makes it 4 stars instead of 5 is you have to pay to use some of the app and the ai. Its expensive enough Id like to not have to pay a subscription fee.... No matter what though the shock waking you up works. I wouldn't recommend this if your a light sleeper, whats the point? but this is great for heavy sleepers. Especially with the jumping jack setting. This setting is the reason that i bought it. when you know that your gonna get shocked you are way more motivated to do jumping jacks lol which wakes you up way more. but its like your body or unconsciousness knows your gonna get shocked so its very motivating.
