does not fit wrists over 8" and does not come with written instructions. you have to request them from the manufacturer and the will then email you a link. still hard to set.

Kind of nutural about this 1 i am yet to use it because beside swimming and shouwers and charging which happens during swimming and showers i dont take it off

This device has been a life saver, waking up a really deep sleeper. The case is nice to store it in.
