Loved EVERYTHING!!!

At first the device wouldn’t charge. I managed to do a firmware update and now it charges. Unfortunately it only seems to be 25% functional. Brain waves register but pulse, oxygenation and breath rate are shown as a flat line … and I think I’m alive. I contacted Muse and they acknowledged receipt with an email saying they received my request but are very busy wiith other “responses” and will get back to me as soon as possible. It’s been 4 days (weekend included) but I expect better support for such an expensive device. I have been a loyal customer for about 8 years and this is the third time I have purchased an upgraded device as they introduce new versions. For a device that’s supposed to help you meditate and relax, it is generating a lot of stress, frustration and anxiety trying to get it to work.
