2 Quart Glass Yogurt Jar

I'm so happy with this jar that I am planning on purchasing another one or two. I keep thinking of things we can use them for! Thanks for all the great products.

Love the 2 quart glass yogurt jars!

I originally bought the electric yogurt maker that the glass jars come with, when I started making yogurt again earlier this year. Since that time I've discovered the YogaTherm units that don't use electricity to make the yogurt. I also love that item, as a matter of fact over time I've bought four of each the glass yogurt jars and the YogaTherm's. The 2 quart glass yogurt jars fit perfectly into the YogaTherm. This was great as I don't love to use plastic so I was able to change out the plastic buckets in the YogaTherm to the 2 quart glass yogurt jars. I had seen a review, for the YogaTherm's and it said they had switched the plastic buckets to glass jars. I tried it and I'm convinced my yogurt is creamer and has a wonderful texture with just the right amount of tartness. Everything I've purchased from New England Cheese Making Supply Co. has been wonderful! I love the free shipping and the delivery is fast and convenient. I also, love all of the recipes on New England Cheese Making Supply Co., they've made learning to make cheese easy... except the ricotta (I've now failed two batches of that), but the basic cheese curd recipe... YUMMY Give the jars a try! They really do hold 2 quarts of delicious yogurt... you'll also like the yogurt cultures :-)

Nice size

I bought these to make it easier to skim off the cream in my raw milk. The opening is a nice size. Maybe some day I will even use it to hold my yogurt.
