Onkyo DXC390 6 Disc CD Changer with MP3 CD Playback

The remote control that came with the DX-C390 is defective and does not operate the changer. Thanks to the understanding and generosity of ElectronicsExpo customer service staff, they immediately replaced the remote control saving me the trouble of a warranty claim through ONKYO.

The system is really easy to use & pushes very high quality sound through the sound bar. Holding 6 CDs at once is a plus. I got this for my mom, she is 73, and she loves it.
