Service: It took 3 weeks by regular mail. Was missing 3 of the 4 items I ordered. They did ship the missing pieces but did nothing for me considering the long wait and inconvenience, even with a gentle nudge. Product: I thought I’d save a couple bucks over the usual pricey Italian brands I have gotten in the past at local shops. Was kind of disappointed in how low quality the products actually were. Even at a sale pricing on some items. You get what you pay for I suppose.
