My son-in-law gave me his pants, that he ordered from you, to hem for a wedding. When I went to cut for the hem, I made a wrong cut on one leg - even fixing them could not make them wearable (although nobody looks at the hem of a guy's pants)! I contacted you both by phone and email and received multiple responses both ways. You put the correct reorder in my cart, guided me to quick shipping (!!!) and the pants arrived with 2 days to spare for rehemming. They looked great! great pants

these are super comfortable and fit me surprisingly well. i have difficulty finding pants that are a good match for my body type, but these work very well while still giving me flexibility. love 'em!
