Excellent Socks, Excessive Packaging

This is my second purchase of these socks. My first purchase was almost a year ago, and they’re still going strong. They look great, fit great, feel great, and are absolutely deserving of a five-star rating were it not for the staggering amount of single-use plastic packaging involved. Seriously. Every single pair was pierced with two plastic tag fasteners and came wrapped in its own resealable plastic bag. The total volume of waste created by my purchase was almost equal to the volume of the purchased product. This is absolutely not okay. I love your socks, TieBar, but I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone unless and until y’all dramatically reduce your packaging volume and completely stop using single-use plastics in your packaging materials.

Lost customer

I was a loyal customer until a bad customer service experience. I tried to use 15% discount code I received from taking a survey. It did not work despite not having an expiration date. The customer service number never picked up when I would call for assistance. I left a voice-mail and never received a call back. It's too bad. I used to like shopping here.
