Excellent customer service

We had ties monogrammed for the groomsmen and ushers in my son’s wedding and one monogram had an incorrect letter. Tie Bar was able to overnight a tie to me to have the correct initials monogrammed in time for the wedding which was 3 days away when the mistake was discovered. I was able to speak with someone at the main Tie Bar store who made sure to reach out to the warehouse to insure that this tie order received priority handling. This excellent customer service in very much appreciated. Thank you!

Color just didn’t match

Didn’t use it. Color was just so wrong. It’s grey. No blue at all.
