Nice Tie, crummy business principles

Was really excited to order my tie at the recommendation of my tailor. Imagine my surprise when despite opting out of any marketing, I immediately started receiving spam. I tried contacting the company directly, but even after several days of receiving spam, I received no response or acknowledgement. I've since had to add them to my spam filter which is unfortunate. I can only speculate how many other customers that they've done this too.

Bought this tie for a black tie wedding to match a light blue button up shirt and black suit. It looks exactly as described. Received multiple compliments throughout the night!
