return policy isn't great

my fiancee wanted to compare a lot of ties to my tux for our wedding. we ordered them well in advance and since we couldn't make up our mind (and were overwhelmed with other things), we didn't try to return the unused ties until after the wedding. At which point, the 30 day return policy had been passed and we couldn't return any. Now I have like 8 ties I don't want.
