This team is awesome. I had purchased a tie for wedding that had to be returned because of last minute changes in the wedding party dress. Tie Bar shipped a new tie with instructions on returning then old, and through an accidental packing error both ties were returned. I called 48 hours before the wedding when the mistake was discovered and the rep I spoke with (I don’t recall her name but should be on the order history) took action and arranged for next day early delivery to an air bnb we were staying to get me ti product for the wedding. And at no additional cost. Incredible service, empowered employees and I will be buying from Tie Bar again for sure.
