Poor Fit

I ordered three shirts with 16.5 inch neck measurements. The label when they arrived said 16.5 inches. However, when I tried them on they were all super loose around the neck. I broke out a measuring tape and compared it with my shirts from other brands and it’s a good 1.5 inches too long. Not sure how 16.5 inches doesn’t measure out to 16.5 inches. It’s not that hard to use a measuring tape. At first I thought it was a defective shirt. Turns out none of the measurements were correct on any of the shirts. There seems to be no QA/QC process in place for their products. I’ve purchased their socks too and they didn’t fit well either. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them except their ties.
