Four Leaf Clover Green Tie Bar

Nicely made, with great green shamrock, just shorter than I expected

Very bad customer service. They sent my order to Hebron, KY instead of my address in Canada – which is clearly shown on my order. Instead of fixing the mistake and sending me another tie bar to my correct address – they just closed the case by issuing me a refund. I have e-mailed customer service to ask if they can send me the item – it has been 2 days and counting – they have yet to reply.
