Handling Fee for Return

I purchased two pairs of socks for my wedding but they were too big unfortunately. I went to return them and my options were either a full store credit or half my money back due to the handling fee. I thought this was pretty outrageous for a very small purchase. Won't be purchasing anything here anymore and I suggest only purchasing if you 100% sure you'll keep the item because you get shafted if you need to return.
